Please note that the deposit collected at the time of booking is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will also be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
